Buses that brought teachers to Belmopan for the protest.

This wasn't even half of them! A HUGE crowd was out there, in the thousands. I must say, I stand with our teachers on this one.

The Lost Puppy was FOUND!!!

So the owners of the dog that we had found called The Humane Society and they called us and it was a MATCH!!!  So they came for the puppy and they were SO happy to see him!  :)  We asked what his name was, apparently it's Danto - not Poppy like we thought!  Haha!  So all is well again.  

It was hard for the kids though, cause they really wanted to keep him.  He was a cute dog and well behaved.  We talked to the kids about it though and helped them to realize how happy we would be if someone found Romeo for us.  They knew it was the right thing to do, even though it wasn't easy.

So Sunday afternoon the owners came BACK to our house and brought us this gift!  It was a HUGE bag of dog food (for our two HUGE dogs) and a fruit basket, filled will all sorts of lovely fruit!  What a thoughtful thing to do!  This was so nice of them.  They were so thankful that we took good care of Danto, and we are just happy that the little dog is back with his rightful owner.
