Day 16

1) Played keep away with our watch dog! Yikes!

2). Went to the field to play football with friends from school

3). Had a slumber party with Thomas, Melanie and Joycelina.  (Did not involve a lot of sleeping!)

Day 15

1). Woke up without the kids home.

2). Immediately went to get two of the kids!!!

3). Ate tamales for breakfast.

4). The boys pumped out the excess water in the unfinished pool using a gas pump siphon we found on the side of the road! (Elijah's brilliant idea)

5). Caught the frogs who were living in the unfinished pool!

6). Daddy had some friends over to watch the World Cup game. Made sandwiches, chips & dip, kettle corn and PIZZA!

7).  Slept peacefully without all those frogs causing a ruckus!

Happy Independence Day USA!

The kids were at Legacy so I "celebrated" by myself; blue jeans, red bracelet, a white coffee cup and Old Glory waving in the breeze.

Day 13

Day 13 

1). The kids awesome cousin showed up for the weekend!  Yay!!

2). Played Feech, Mexican Train and then the REAL kind of Dominoes

3)  Went to YWAM Banana Bank for the weekend.  The boys went to spend some time with friends and Keilah went to her first Legacy Conference as an "official" camper! My how time flies.  I remember when we started legacy 10 years ago we thought about how this day would happen... the day we would send our kids to Legacy.  It is happening, and He has remained faithful.

Day 12

Day 12 "Beautiful Life"  Summer Vacation Edition.  How can it be Day 12 already?? Summer Vacation is going to FLY by, better enjoy it while we can! 

1)  Pool Day in the jungle with the YWM Belmopan dance teachers.

2)  Tanner and Coby finally decided to be friends.  Coby will be going back home to his People on Friday.

3)  Went out to dinner together at a new restaurant we have never been to, The Stars.  Very yummy and clean and nice... hit me up and I'll give you directions!  Go check it out!

Day 11

Day 11  Summer Vacation continues and so does our fun...

1)  Learned more magic tricks, we've upgraded to using fire. 

     

2)  Agreed to babysit a friends puppy for a couple days.  Tanner is not too thrilled with this arrangement.

3)  Watched the USA represent us well at the World Cup.  Howard you're AMAZING!  Dempsy and Yedlin you make us Seattle Sounders fans proud!

Day 10

Day 10 It's beginning to feel like Summer Vacation now!

1) Keilah spent 11 hours at Dance Camp! YES!!!

2)  Went to lunch together "as a family"

3)  Bought some raw milk from the Mennonites

4)  Invited some close friends over for burgers and Rip-sticking (in the house!)  The youngest brought me a handpicked bouquet of flowers!

5)  Practiced learning all sorts of magic tricks!
