Hey Guys,Well, our hearts are over flowing with gratitude to our God for His wonderful presence which was evident in our last Legacy gathering. There were young people from over 20 different churches, a total of about 150 students and staff. (Housing and feeding that many people was a challenge and our hats are off to the crew at YWAM for taking up the challenge and doing a fabulous job!) We are convinced that the Holy Spirit did minister to the hearts of all who attended the conference last weekend, including the staff who were blessed to experience the closeness of the Lord. Often during the Legacy conferences we are driven to our knees, weeping at the intensity and passionate worship arising to the Father from these young people. They truly desire more of God and desperately want to bring honor to Him in their daily lives. We are witnesses to the continual progression of what God is calling these young people to. It's beautiful to see the growth and maturity in some of the young people that we've known since the beginning of Legacy over 4 years ago. Many of these young people are now heading into University. We feel the next four years will be some key years for us as we seek to prepare this generation to be influential in ever sphere of society. (Please visit www.ywambelize.com for the "vision statement" for the next few years at the YWAM Belmopan Campus). By the grace of God we see vision and purpose in the eyes of these young people. We are looking forward to the upcoming events this year, including a local outreach in Belize this summer with the young people and international outreach to Barbados with some of the youth leaders. Also, we have four more conferences planned for this year and will continually visit the youth groups and walk through the challenges of life with them. We are praying for God's wisdom in addressing issues that are presently facing this generation.Thank YOU for your prayers for these young people in Belize. God has done tremendous works in their hearts and your prayers of faith have brought about incredible changes in their lives. This past Legacy conference was very successful and we give thanks to God for friends like you who dare to believe that this generation can walk in holiness before their God.

My Wise Doctors

OK....

So in school the other day we talked about doctors, what they do and why we have them, why we should pray for them, what it would be like to be a missionary doctor and stuff. For play time I suggested that they pretend they are doctors. So the kids went and got all dressed up in white shirts and black pants. (So funny to see Elijah in one of Keilah's fancy white shirts...!) Anyways, so they come out and introduce themselves to me.
I said "Hi, Dr. Judah and Dr. Keilah." and shook their hands.
Keilah said "And you are...? Miss Sara?"
"Yes" I said. "I have a problem Dr. Keilah,... I'm always tired."
She said, "Hm. The house does look like a mess. Let me check your reflexes." She hit my knee with a pencil - no response.
She said, "There must be something wrong with your brain."
Indeed!
